This service is operated by Genprosys LTD (company number 17004888), registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, together with its directors, employees, appointed representatives, group companies and associates (together, “we”, “Genprosys”). We provide technology that introduces and qualifies enquiries for a named credit broker. We are not the lender and we do not ourselves carry on credit broking in this demo. The credit broker you are introduced to is the firm named on this page.
UK regulation. Credit broking and the promotion of consumer credit in the UK are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (as amended) and, where applicable, the FCA Consumer Credit sourcebook (CONC) and Consumer Duty. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not authorise or “approve” UK credit brokers. Any reference to an “approved broker” in this demo means an FCA-authorised credit broker (or the broker’s appointed representative) in a simulated introducer model. This demo does not itself prove that any named firm is currently on the FCA Register. Always check register.fca.org.uk before proceeding with live business.
Status of finance. Credit is subject to status, affordability, property/security (where relevant), anti-money-laundering checks and the lender’s or broker’s own criteria. Nothing here is a promise that finance will be available, of a rate, of an LTV, or of a timescale. A “provisionally qualified” result in this demo means only that the questionnaire and documents were complete enough to hand to a broker team. It is not an approval, an Agreement in Principle, or a binding offer.
Who this is for. Bridging, development, invoice financing and many business loans are typically commercial products. If you are an individual acting wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, you may have additional consumer protections. Do not use this demo as a substitute for advice from an FCA-authorised adviser.
UK GDPR and PECR. Genprosys LTD is the controller for this demonstration. We process your name, contact details, enquiry answers and any files you upload in order to run this demo, show the broker desk, write an export file, and send a webhook. Lawful bases: consent (this form) and legitimate interests in operating a product demonstration. You may withdraw consent by emailing contact@genprosys.co.uk. You have UK GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (where applicable) and the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. Retention for this demo is short: typically 30 days unless you ask us to delete sooner.
Electronic communications. By continuing you agree that we may send you (in this demo, as an on-screen simulation) SMS, an automated voice call and a secure link to your application. In a live deployment those channels would also need PECR consent and a lawful basis under UK GDPR. This demo does not place a real call or SMS unless a production integration is later switched on.
Credit files. UK lenders use Experian and TransUnion (and sometimes Equifax). We do not run a live bureau search. You may generate a free statutory report from Experian or TransUnion and upload the PDF in the labelled slots. Uploading is optional for the demo but recommended so you can see document extraction. Do not upload another person’s file. Redact National Insurance numbers except where a live broker has asked for them under a proper contract.
Our AI. Our AI reads your answers and any Experian or TransUnion report you upload, then extracts structured fields for the named broker. That may involve a transfer of personal data outside the UK. Use sample or redacted documents unless you have authorised this transfer. Do not upload special-category data. A specimen or empty PDF will not provisionally qualify.
Outputs and destinations. Extracted fields may be written to CSV (Excel-openable), posted to a webhook, shown on the broker desk, and, if you paste a URL, sent to a partner CRM. Those destinations are disclosed to you on this journey. Webhook payloads are signed when a shared secret is configured.
No fees in this demo. Genprosys LTD does not charge you a fee for submitting this demonstration enquiry. In a live broker relationship, any broker or lender fees must be disclosed in writing before you proceed.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this demonstration or reliance on its illustrative results.
